All lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference dinner on Wednesday, November 5 are offered to all participants!
We hope these shared moments will encourage informal exchanges, engaging discussions… and perhaps even spark new collaborative projects, all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Coffee Breaks & Lunches

Lunches and coffee breaks will be provided by La Prairie Mimosa a local catering service committed to sustainable cuisine using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Their approach emphasizes waste reduction and support for short supply chains.

All daytime meals will be fully vegetarian.

Wednesday, November 5 – Conference Dinner

The dinner will take place at Chic & Bohème (31 rue Proudhon, Montpellier), a warm and unique restaurant located in the charming Beaux-Arts district, just a 10-minute walk from the conference venue.
The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail, followed by a flavorful buffet in a relaxed setting.

🥗 Please note: the buffet will be mostly vegetarian, with one dish containing shrimp.
